2. Academy Certification

The certifications provided by EcoHappy Cleaning Academy acknowledge completion of our training modules. While we strive to teach professional standards:

• Certification does not guarantee employment.
• We do not guarantee specific income levels post-certification.
• You are responsible for maintaining safe practices in your cleaning work.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (including course videos, text, quizzes, and the EcoHappy brand) are and will remain the exclusive property of EcoHappy Cleaning and its licensors. You make not copy, redistribute, or sell our course materials.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
